ABOUT ME

My name is Issah Ali (31/03/2007). I was born in the UK to British Asian parents of Pakistani heritage. I have been residing in KSA since January 7, 2011. I have been playing tennis since the age of 7, training in KSA and UK.

MY ACHIEVEMENTS TO DATE:

  • Winner of the 14 and Under Asian Tennis Federation (ATF) International Tournament. This was a Category A tournament which is the highest graded event in Asia for this age group.
  • I have been ranked 7 in the whole of Asia in the 14 & Under category.
  • Winner of the Saudi 12 & Under National Tournament held in Riyadh.
  • I have won 6 UK Tennis Tournaments over the past 12 months.
  • I was the finalist in the 14 & Under International Ten-Pro event (national players from all over the world) earlier this year and could not play the final due to COVID.
  • I was a semi-finalist in the 15 & Under International Ten -Pro event earlier this year.

GIVING IT A SHOT

2022/2023

I am super excited to move to online schooling so i can balance my tennis and my school work.

I will be spending time in the UK from June to August playing in tournaments and working with my English coach. I then come back to KSA to play in the ITF tournaments in the GCC and work with my coach in Saudi. The focus for me is to have fun and see how far i can take my tennis.

I wear Nike Tennis shoes and favour Head rackets; I feel I have a unique style and look and would love to explore options with the right brands and partners to help me maximise my potential as a Tennis player and development as a young man.
